【摘要】 目的探究增强MRI对乳腺良恶性肿块鉴别诊断的重要性。方法回顾性分析该院从2013年6月—2014年10月在放射科进行诊断和MRI扫描的女性患者79例,采用平扫和增强扫描进行临床检验,通过呈像结果配合手术进行治疗。结果通过增强MRI扫描和临床试验,79例患者中,有55例为良性乳腺肿块,占69.6%,有24例为恶性乳腺肿块,占30.4%。结论增强MRI对良性和恶性的乳腺肿块具有一定的意义,它有效减少对人体的伤害,对鉴别和治疗良恶性乳腺肿块具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the MRI to differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast enhancement is of great importance. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 in diagnostic radiology and MRI scans of 79 cases of female patients, clinical inspection by scan and enhanced scan, as well as through treated with surgery.Results Through enhanced MRI scan and clinical trials, 79 cases of patients, 55 cases of benign breast lumps, accounted for69.6%, 24 cases of malignant breast lumps, accounting for 30.4%. Conclusion Compared with other methods, enhanced MRI for benign and malignant breast tumors have a certain sense, it effectively reduce the harm to human body, to treatment and plays an important role in identification of benign and malignant breast tumors.更多还原
