【摘要】 目的 探讨YAP及CREB蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况及其意义。方法采用免疫组化检测2008年1月—2013年12月收治的93例患者,观察20例正常卵巢组织、20例良性卵巢肿瘤及53例上皮性卵巢癌组织中YAP、CREB蛋白的表达情况。结果 YAP在上皮性卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率为90.57%,而在正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤仅为50%、65%。CREB蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况(77.36%)也高于正常卵巢组织(5%),两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论YAP、CREB蛋白可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关,YAP、CREB在上皮性卵巢癌中的异常表达可为上皮性卵巢癌的诊断、治疗提供实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of YAP and CREB protein and its significance in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of YAP and CREB protein in 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissues and 53 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues. Results The positive expression rate of YAP was 90.57% in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues, while it was only 50%, 65% in the normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues, respectively. The positive expression rate of CREB protein in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues(77.36%) was higher than that in the normal ovarian tissues(5%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion YAP and CREB protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. The abnormal expression of YAP and CREB in epithelial ovarian cancer can provide an experimental evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.更多还原
