【摘要】 目的总结经食道心脏超声检查的护理配合经验和意义。方法回顾性分析总结70例经食道心脏超声检查前、检查中、检查后的护理配合体会及注意事项。结果 70例患者均顺利完成了TEE检查程序,未发生恶心、呕吐等不良反应,有12例患者术后诉有咽部不适感,在短时间内恢复正常。TTE诊断正确率为14.3%,TEE诊断正确率为48.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.574,P=0.018)。结论经食道超声心动图检查前、操作过程中以及操作结束后的精心护理和健康教育指导,是提高检查成功率的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of nursing coordination and significance during transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) examination. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the experience of the nursing coordination for 70 cases with transesophageal echocardiography and the matters needing attention during the perioperative period.Results 70 patients successfully completed the TEE examination without the adverse reactions,such as nausea,vomiting. Only 12 patients suffered postoperative pharyngeal discomfort,but returned to normal in a short time. The diagnostic accuracy of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) was 14.3%,while that of TEE was 48.6%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.574,P=0.018). Conclusion During the perioperative period of transesophageal echocardiography examination,careful nursing and health education guidance are quite important for improving the success rate.更多还原
