【摘要】 目的探讨应用弹性髓内钉自肱骨远段两侧交叉进针治疗儿童肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法该组共23例,其中21例采用闭合复位、2例采用辅助小切口复位后交叉弹性髓内钉内固定。于术后12个月对患侧进行肩、肘关节功能评分。结果所有病例获随访,时间6~12个月(平均9.6个月),骨折全部愈合,患侧肩关节采用Constant-Murley评分系统,术后12月功能评分平均为(95.3±7.2);肘关节采用Mayo功能评分系统进行疗效评价,术后12个月时疗效评价:优16例,良5例,可2例,优良率为94.6%。结论应用交叉弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨干骨折较传统外侧进针同样有效,操作简化,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of cross fixation in elastic intramedullary nailing for children with fracture of shaft of humerus. Methods There were 23 patients.Except two cases with elastic intramedullary nailing cross fixation after limited open reduction due to manual reduction failure, the others all got closed reduction.The effect was assessed by the shoulder and elbow function score of the children 12 months after operation, respectively. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ~12 months(mean 9.6 months), and all fractures healed.According to Constant-Murley shoulder scoring system and the Mayo elbow performance score system, 12 months after the operation, the results of shoulder were 95.3 ±7.2, and elbow was excellent in 16 cases,good in 5, fair in 2, and the excellent and good rate was 94.6%. Conclusion For pediatric humeral shaft fractures, cross fixation in elastic intramedullary nailing is as effective as traditional inserting needle laterally and it is simple to operate, and is worthy of recommendation.更多还原
