【摘要】 目的探究中药外洗联合西药治疗肺脾湿热型手足口病的临床疗效。方法对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予透疹汤中药外洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效及临床症状消退痊愈时间。结果观察组总有效率为97.69%,高于对照组的88.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在口腔疱疹,皮疹、疱疹的消退时间及痊愈时间上比较中,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在西药对症治疗基础上,联合中药外洗治疗肺脾湿热型手足口病患儿,止痒祛湿临床疗效确切,有效促进皮疹、疱疹消退,可短时间内达到理想疗效,减轻患儿痛苦,且用药安全性高,值得临床应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the external washout with Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating the lung and spleen dampness heat type of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The control group was given conventional western medicine for treatment, and on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine Touzhen Decoction external washout treatment. The clinical effect, symptoms faded time and recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.69%, it was higher than the control group’s 88.07%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared the dissipated time of herpes of mouth, rash and bleb, and recovery time, the observation group was superior to the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion For the lung and spleen dampness heat type of hand-foot-mouth disease, traditional Chinese medicine external washout and symptomatic treatment with western medicine is effective in relieving itching and dehumidifying, which can promote the rash and herbs subsiding effectively, shorten the course of disease, relieve the pain of the children patients with high safety, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
