【摘要】 目的观察温针齐刺法结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 96例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用温针齐刺法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗。通过疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、JOA评分、改良MacNab评定法评定治疗效果。结果两组治疗前后比较,VAS评分明显减低,JOA评分明显增加(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组VAS评分比对照组降低更明显,JOA评分增加更明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针齐刺法结合牵引治疗是治疗腰椎间盘突出有效的办法,能够明显改善患者的症状和功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of warm acupuncture needling combined with traction on lumbar disc herniation. Methods96 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group treated with warm acupuncture needling and the control group treated with ordinary acupuncture therapy. The visual analogue scale( VAS) pain,JOA score,modified Mac Nab were used to evaluate the effect.
