【摘要】 目的观察益气养阴法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效。方法 32例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,于缓解期给予益气养阴法治疗,观察其治疗前后的临床表现、肺功能、T淋巴细胞亚群及外周血嗜酸性细胞的变化,以评价该疗法的效果。结果治疗后肺功能PEF、PEV1有明显改善(P<0.01),CD8+升高(P<0.01),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+降低(P<0.01),外周血嗜酸性细胞百分数下降(P<0.01),中医症候疗效总有效率达81.25%。结论益气养阴法可调节小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘缓解期的细胞免疫功能,降低外周血嗜酸细胞,改善其临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy on children with cough variant asthma in remission period. Method 32 cases of children with cough variant asthma in remission period used supplementing qi and nourishing yin treatment changes were observed before and after treatment in clinical manifestations,lung function,T cell subgroup,eosinophilia in peripheral blood,and the effect of the therapy was evaluated.
