【摘要】 目的观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将158例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,每组79例。治疗组用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合麝香保心丸治疗,对照组用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,治疗第14天对两组的总疗效比较。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效好、安全、副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative efficacy of Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A silate combined with Heart-protecting musk pill on angina pectoris. Methods 158 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 79 patients of treatment group treated with Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A silate combined with Heart-protecting musk pill,and 79 patients of control group treated with Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A silate combined with Isosorbide mononitrate,the general curative efficacy of two groups at 14th day treatment were compared. Results No statistically significant differences were observed in the improvement of efficiency between two groups( P > 0. 05). But treatment group has no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A silate combined with Heart-protecting musk pill has the advantages of good curative effect,safety and less side effects.更多还原
