疏肝理脾方对厌食模型大鼠胃肠运动的实验研究

【摘要】 目的观察疏肝理脾方对厌食模型大鼠胃肠运动的作用。方法采用病因模拟法,以特制饲料喂养大鼠,建立小儿厌食模型大鼠,每日记录大鼠进食量及体重,测定D-木糖排泄率,肠碳末推进率,胃及肠组织病理学检查。结果与模型组相比,山麦健脾口服液组、疏肝理脾方大剂量组及小剂量组大鼠的食量、体重、D-木糖排出量、肠碳末推进率均明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),光镜下观察模型组所有大鼠胃肠组织有不同程度结构改变。结论特制饲料喂养及夹尾刺激复制厌食症模型是一种成功率较高的造模方法,疏肝理脾方能明显促进大鼠食欲,增加食量及体重,促进大鼠小肠运动,改善大鼠小肠吸收功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Shuganlipi Decoction acted on gastrointestinal motility in rats of infantile anorexia model. Methods To feed the rats by special diet and establish a rat model with infantile anorexia produced by simulating the cause of disease. To record the rats’ food-intake and body weight daily,measure D-xylose excretion rate and carbon particle propellant rate of small intestine and pathological examination of stomach and intestine. Results Compared with the model control group,the rate of food-intake,body weight,D-xylose excretion and carbon particle propellant of small intestine were obviously increased in Shanmaijianpi oral liquid control group,Shuganlipi Decoction high and middledose groups( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). All rats in model control group had degrees of structure changes of gastrointestinal tissue under light-imprisoning mirror. Conclusion Feeding by special diet and inserting the end was a high success rate modeling method. Shuganlipi Decoction may obviously promote the appetite,increase food-intake and body weight,promote intestinal movement and improve intestinal absorption of rats.
