【摘要】 研究了不同保鲜剂对洋桔梗切花的保鲜效果以及生理作用的影响.结果表明:各保鲜剂均能在一定程度上增加洋桔梗切花花枝鲜重,改善花枝的水分状况,提高切花的观赏品质,增大花径,延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高体内的SOD活性,并可明显延缓花瓣中可溶性蛋白质含量的下降.其中,以保鲜液2%蔗糖+100mg/L山梨酸+250mg/L Al2(SO4)3的保鲜效果最佳.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of the different preservatives on cut flowers of Eustoma grandiflorumand its physiological effects were studied.The results showed that the different preservatives could significant raise the fresh weight in cut flowers of Eustoma grandiflorum,obviously promote its water absorbing capacity,improve its ornamental quality,effectively increase flower diameter,prolong its vase life definitely,increase activity of SOD and delay degradation of protein.The best recipe for its preservation is Cane Sugar(2%)+Sorbic Acid(100mg/L)+Al2(SO4)3(250mg/L).更多还原
