【摘要】 随着城市的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,城镇街道风貌整治现已成为再塑城市新风貌的重要手段和深化城市建设的重要组成部分。针对当前城市发展中许多沿街空间出现的脏乱差,以及城市空间无序混乱的现象,该文运用类型学的相关理论,把城镇沿街空间解构为沿街建筑、环境设施、绿化水体三要素。根据各要素构成元素的特点,提出在街道风貌整治活动中,应依据各城市发展特点和现状环境的不同,以环境整洁、外观清新、风格协调、形象美观为整治目标,采用分类型、抓重点、做细节的整治策略和因地制宜的整治措施塑造新城风貌。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid urban development and the constant improvement of people’s living standards, the landscape renovation along the urban street has become an important means of reshaping the city and an important part of promoting the urban construction. With regard to the dirty, disorderly and bad space along the urban street, this study will employ the theory of typology to deconstruct the urban street space into three elements, in terms of street architectures, environmental facilities and waters with green belt. Based on the three components, and in addition to the characteristics of the development and the various environment in the urban landscaping, we propose the clean environment, fresh look, coordinated style, and beautiful scene as the goal, we use categorizing, focusing, detailing as the strategy, and put forward sitespecific renovation as the measure to reshape the landscape of the city.更多还原
