【Abstract】 In the practices of high mathematics,we discovered that math anxiety appears among freshmen because they cannot adapt to new study methods,and thus affects their results. Combined with factors like constant and variable transformation,lack of mathematical thinking,lack of innovation consciousness,old teaching methods in the freshman year math teaching and the change of living environment,discusses the causes of mathematics anxiety,and five countermeasures to alleviate math anxiety is given.更多还原
