【Abstract】 Doctor-patient contradiction is currently the focus of attention from all walks of life,and how to alleviate the doctor-patient conflicts has become a problem to be solved.This paper,from the psychology angle of view,analyzes the causes of doctor-patient contradiction,discusses the application of psychological consultation technique to alleviate the doctor-patient conflicts by means of"listening"technique to open patient’s mental door,by adopting the technique of"empathy"to build a"bridge"to communicate with patients,and by adopting"focus solving consultation"technique to alleviate the doctor-patient conflicts so as to explore a third-party intervention which is familiar to the application of psychological consultation technique to improve the satisfaction of patients in the doctor-patient relationship,and in the end to achieve the aim of harmonizing the relationship between doctors and patients.更多还原
