惠州市台风综合服务系统的设计和实现
Design and Implementation of Huizhou’s Integrated Service System against Typhoon
【摘要】 统计近十年影响惠州市的台风特点、所造成的灾情,分析台风防御工作的现状,提出了针对台风防御对策,在此基础上建立了惠州市台风综合服务系统。系统经过提取历史资料,进行天气学分型,采用三层B/S模式架构设计,以Web作为用户的客户应用软件。用户在客户端的机器上仅需保障有web浏览器即可向服务器发送请求,经过一系列的服务计算和处理汇总,服务器向用户浏览器发送各种汇总的数据和结果。这大大减少了值班人员预报时间,丰富了政府决策人员决策资料,达到了防灾减灾的结果。
【Abstract】 According to statistics of Huizhou’s typhooncharacteristics and influencecaused by the disaster in the last decade,the present situation of the typhoon defense work is analyzed and countermeasures against the typhoon are put forward;then based on these,Huizhou’s integrated service system against typhoon is established. The system extracts historical data and classifies weather types. It adopts the model of three layers of B/S architecture design,taking Web as the users’ client application software.Users only support the web browser and send a request to the server which,through a series of computing and processing,sends all kinds of summary data and resultsto the users’ browser.This greatly reduces the forecast time of the attendant,enriches information for the government decisionmaking personnel,and achieves the result of disaster prevention and mitigation.
