【摘要】 目的对比研究和评价精神分裂症治疗药物哌罗匹隆与利培酮的临床疗效及安全性。方法将86例患者随机平均分为两组,均确诊为精神分裂症,以口服哌罗匹隆为实验组,口服利培酮为对照组,以8周为研究期。给药后的第2周、第4周、第6周以及第8周末按照阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)的标准给予临床疗效的评定,按照副反应量表(TESS)的标准对药物产生的不良反应进行评定。结果治疗后,实验两组PANSS总分及各因子分与治疗前的PANSS评分结果相比有明显下降(P<0.05),同一治疗时期的评分比较中两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的第8周末,哌罗匹隆实验组的有效率为83.7%,利培酮对照组为81.4%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);哌罗匹隆组患者的锥体外系反应、体重增加不良反应发生率均显著低于利培酮组(P<0.05)。结论哌罗匹隆与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效显著且治疗效果相当,但哌罗匹隆引起锥体外系反应及体重增加发生率低,安全性更高、依从性更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficiency and safety after the treatment of schizophrenia drug including perospirone and risperidone. Methods Totally 86 patients with schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups. Patients orally took perospirone were used as experimental group,while patients orally took risperidone were included as control group during 8 weeks. Following treatment,clinical efficacies were assessed by either the positive and negative syndrome scale( PANSS) or the treatment emergent symptom scale( TESS) at the weekend of the 2th,4th,6th and 8th weeks. Results Compared to scores prior to treatment,no matter the total score or each factor score according to PANSS criterion were much higher than that in these two groups after treatment,and the differences have statistically significance( P <0. 05 or 0. 01). Score comparisons of two groups at the same time point didn’t show significant differences( P > 0. 05).There were no statistical differences of score for these two groups( 83. 7% for perospirone group and 81. 4% risperidone group) at the weekend of the 8th week( P > 0. 05). Although mild adverse reactions occurred in two groups,in perospirone treatment group the incidence of extrapyramidal system reactions and weight gain was significantly lower than patients in perospirone group( P < 0. 05 or 0. 01). Conclusions The effectiveness of perospirone is almost as same as risperidone for the treatment of schizophrenia,but former has lower incidences of extrapyramidal system reactions and weight gain for patients,which was more likely safe and had better compliance.更多还原
