【摘要】 目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT图像对胸部病变CT引导下组织穿刺活检术中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析肺部实性病变患者39例的胸部CT和18F-FDG PET/CT检查资料,其中16例肺门病变合并肺不张,8例肿块内疑不规则坏死,5例空洞型肿块,3例多发结节,7例单发结节;所有病变以18F-FDG PET/CT胸部融合图像中代谢活跃部分作为活检靶区,进行CT引导下组织穿刺活检取材。结果 39例患者定位准确、穿刺成功率100%,所有患者均未发生损伤大血管、心脏及病人死亡等严重并发症,活检病理诊断良性者7例,恶性者32例,与最终病理诊断结果完全一致。结论以18F-FDG PET/CT图像中病变代谢活跃部分作为活检靶区,可以提高组织穿刺活检的成功率和病理结果的准确性。当影像诊断定性困难时,其价值尤为突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of CT guided tissue core biopsy modulated with18F- FDG PET / CT image.Methods A retrospective analysis imaging features of 39 cases of lung masses were confirmed by CT and18F- FDG PET / CT,pulmonary hilar mass with atelectasis in 16 cases,visible necrotic mass in 8 cases,pulmonary cavitation in 5 cases,the single nodule in 3 cases and Multiple nodules in 7 cases. All of cases were conformed by CT guided tissue core biopsy modulated with18F- FDG PET / CT image,for the metabolically active target region. Results The CT guided tuissue core biopsy of all cases were very successful without any serious complications. The results of final diagosis and biopsy histology were consistent in maglignant or benign. Conclusion The combination of18F- FDG PET / CT and CT guided tissue core biopsy modulated with18F- FDG PET / CT image may improve the diagnostic ability of PET / CT,especially when a definite diagnosis is difficult to make.更多还原
