【摘要】 目的探讨采取LiSS钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法将河北省秦皇岛市第一医院2009年1月至2010年12月收治的80例股骨远端粉碎骨折采取LiSS钢板内固定治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果术后2年患者的切口均达到一期甲类愈合,X线检查示骨折对位和对线均较好,无1例患者发生感染和螺钉脱出及断裂的情况发生。通过Kolnert评定标准评定,患者术后1年优良率为96.3%。结论股骨远端粉碎骨折采取LiSS钢板内固定治疗具有较好的应用效果,且操作较简便,创伤小,术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of LISS plate treatment of distal temoral comminuted fracture. Methods Totally 80 cases of comminuted fractures of distal femoral our hospital from by plate fixation take LISS observed the clinical effect. Results After two years patients have reached an incision healing CPI,X- ray examination showed the fracture alignment and lines were good,no case of infection in patients with prolapse and screws and fracture happen. By Kolnert assessment criteria assessed in patients after 1 year was 96. 3% excellent. Conclusion Comminuted fracture of the distal femur treutedby LISS plate fixation has a better effect,and the operation is relatively simple,minimally invasive,rapid postoperative recovery.更多还原
