【摘要】 目的探讨骨水泥型双动人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选择35例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中Evans分型Ⅲ型14例,1V型21例。采用骨水泥型双动人工股骨头置换术,保留股骨大小粗隆及动力系统。结果 35例患者均完整随访,随访6~14月,平均10月。围手术期发生肺部感染7例,尿路感染5例,脑梗塞4例,经相关内科会诊后治愈。按照Harris评分,优17例,良10例,可8例,优良率77.1%。结论骨水泥型人工双极股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of bipolar prosthetic replacement for intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Chose 35 patients with intertrochanteric fracture,according to Evans type,type III 14 cases,type IV 21 cases. We used bipolar prosthetic replacement,kept femoral intertrochanteric and dynamic system. Results Followed-up 35 cases for 6- 14 months,10 months on average. Perioperative pulmonary infection in 7 cases,urinary tract infection in 5 cases,4 cases of cerebral infarction,cured after related medical consultation. According to Harris score,10 cases were excellent,8 better,8 good,the excellent rate was 87%. Conclusion Bipolar prosthetic replacement is an effective treatment for intertrochanteric fracture.更多还原
