【摘要】 目的观察奥沙利铂联合5-FU/亚叶酸钙改良时辰化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法回顾性分析安阳市肿瘤医院在2009年1月—2010年8月初治的晚期结肠癌患者60例,随机分为时辰化疗组和常规化疗组,每组各30例,时辰化疗组患者采用持续静脉滴注,并按时辰调节给药速度;常规化疗组采用常规静脉给药。观察两组患者的总有效率,疾病控制率,生活质量评分及不良反应的发生情况。结果 4周期以上的化疗后对两组患者进行评价。常规化疗组的36.7%,时辰化疗组总有效率为56.7%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);时辰化疗组疾病控制率83.7%,高于常规化疗组的56.7%(P<0.05);时辰化疗组患者治疗后生活质量KPS评分明显优于对照组,时辰化疗组患者的不良反应发生率低于常规化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂改良时辰化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌可提高疗效,减轻化疗不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of chronochemotherapy of oxaliplatin /5- FU /leucovorin for advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty advanced colorectal cancer patients were selected from January of 2009 to August of 2010 and randomly divided into chronochemotherapy group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30). In chronochemotherapy group 30 patients were received oxaliplatin and 5- FU by chronomodulation. the continually IV speed was regulated by time. In control group 30 patients were received oxaliplatin regularly. Results All of two groups were treated with four cycle chemotherapy completely and were assessed. The total effective rate of chmnochemotherapy group was56. 7%. in control group was 36. 7%,there wassignificant difference( P < 0. 05); The disease control rate of chmnochemotherapy group was 83. 7%,in control group was 56. 7%,there was significant difference( P < 0. 05). The life quality score of chmnochemotherapy group were higher than that of control group,which was difference significantly( P < 0. 05),and the incidence rate of untoward effect in chronochemotherapy group was lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Chronochemotherapy of oxaliplatin /5- FU / Ieucovorin is effective for advanced colorectal cancer.更多还原
