溶胶纯化火棉胶配方的探讨
On Collodion Formulations for Sol Purification
【摘要】 采用DDS-320精密电导率仪,以测定溶胶电导率值为基础,探讨了硝化纤维、乙二醇及混合有机溶剂用量对渗析后溶胶电导率值的影响,得出适合实验室操作的火棉胶配方:混合有机溶剂50mL,乙二醇0.2~0.3mL,硝化纤维3.000 0g。实验结果表明,此火棉胶配方能较好地解决传统实验中火棉胶制半透膜需要多次涂层、单层膜薄易破、纯化溶胶耗时长、实验成功率低等问题。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we investigated the effect of nitrocellulose,ethylene glycol and mixed organic solvent content on sol conductance values after dialysis by using the DDS-320 precise conductivity instrument,and we obtained the collodion formula suitable for laboratory operation:mixed organic solvent 50 mL,ethylene glycol 0.2~0.3mL,nitrocellulose 3.0g.The experimental results show that the collodion formulations can solve the traditional experiment requires semipermeable membrane need to multiple coating,monolayer thin easy to break,purification of sol time-consuming and the low success rate of the experiment.
