福田红树林自然保护区沉积物重金属污染现状及生态风险评价

【摘要】 根据2013年3月深圳福田红树林自然保护区表层沉积物重金属含量测定数据,分析了重金属的污染水平及其潜在生态风险。结果表明,单因子污染指数显示沉积物重金属污染程度依次为Zn>Pb>Cu>Hg>As>Cd,仅Cd属低污染,Zn属较高污染,其余为中污染。综合污染指数平均为12.1,达"较高污染"等级,最高的是靠近凤塘河口的D站位,其次是靠近深圳河口的E站位。另,福田红树林自然保护区沉积物重金属Cu、Pb、Zn等全部超过《海洋沉积物质量》(GB 18668-2002)中I类标准。各重金属元素对区域内的潜在生态风险危害大小顺序为Hg>Cd>Pb>Cu>As>Zn。综合潜在生态风险指数显示,D、E两个站位的重金属污染达中等潜在生态风险(主要来自Hg污染)。

【Abstract】 Based on the data of heavy metals in the surface sediments sampled in Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve in March 2013. The contamination index and potential ecological risk index of heavy metals were calculated and analyzed. The contamination levels of heavy metals followed the order: Zn > Pb > Cu > Hg > As > Cd. The highest level was located at sampling site D,estuary area of Fengtang River,followed by sampling site E,estuary area of Shenzhen River. Zn reached the high contamination level,Pb,Cu,Hg and As moderate,Cd low. In addition,the average contents of Cu,Pb and Zn in all the surface sediments of Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve exceeded the first class of criteria GB 18668-2002. The single potential ecological risk of heavy metals followed the order: Hg > Cd > Pb > Cu >As > Zn. The integrated potential ecological risks at sampling site D and E reached moderate level,mainly due to Hg contamination.
