【摘要】 首先分析了国外海洋分区管理的概况和国内有关研究进展,提出海域分区是海洋功能区划的核心环节,是确定区域海洋开发保护方向和实施海域分区管理的科学基础。其次,总结了新一轮全国海洋功能区划分区层级体系框架,阐述了全国和省级海洋功能区划的海域分区依据,该分区体系反映了区划的空间分异理论科学基础,又完善了全国和省级海洋功能区划之间的控制与联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper first gives a overview of the foreign marine zoning management and the progress of the Related research,Consider that the sea area division is a core part of the marine function zoning,It is a scientific basis of the formulation of marine policies and implementation of the Regional marine management.
