【摘要】 根据我国社会经济发展形势和海域的现实负载,以有效突破海洋经济可持续发展面临的资源环境约束为出发点,提出了新一轮海洋功能区划的主体思路。在此基础上,按照海洋功能区划的相关理论,设计了海洋功能区划的层级体系、分类体系和内容体系,形成了一套完整的海洋功能区划框架方案。该框架方案已经成功应用于中国海洋功能区划(2011~2020年)的编制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking account of real burdens on sea area and recent situation of social,economic development in China, a set of new ideas for marine functional zoning was drawn up in this paper,which aimed to break through current resource and environment constraint on sustainable development of regional marine economy. A full framework including administrative levels,zone classification and content plans of marine functional zoning was also set up according to related theories and the ideas,which was successfully applied to marine functional zoning in the decade 2011 ~ 2020 in China.更多还原
