卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α与GST-π相关表达的研究

【摘要】 目的分析缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1α)和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶-π(GST-π)蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例上皮性卵巢癌组织,10例卵巢良性肿瘤组织和5例正常卵巢组织中HIF-1α和GST-π蛋白的表达。比较蛋白的阳性表达率,分析HIF-1α和GST-π蛋白表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 HIF-1α、GST-π蛋白在正常卵巢组织中无表达,在恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.05),且其阳性表达随着临床分期的增高和病理学分级增加而增加(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α和GST-π表达呈正相关(rs=0.676,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α可能在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展及乏氧引起的耐药过程中起着重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α and GST-π proteins in epithelial ovarian tumors and their clinical significance,and to investigate the relationships between their expressions and the clinic pathological ivariables in epithelial ovarian tumors. Methods Forty cases of ovarian epithelial tumor tissues,10 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 5 cases of normal ovarian tissues were selected for the test of the HIF-1α and GST-π expression by using immunohistochemistry. Results HIF-1α and GST-π did not express in normal ovarian tissue but the positive rate in ovarian cancer was statistically higher than in benign tumor tissue,and it increased with the clinical stages and pathologic grades significantly( P < 0. 05). The correlation between the expressions of HIF-1α and GST-π in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was positive.( rs= 0. 676,P < 0. 05). Conclusion HIF-1α is an important factor in the origin,development and anoxia-inducing drug resistance of the epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
