【摘要】 目的研究CD44v6和MTA1在骨肿瘤中表达情况。方法收集66例骨肉瘤,骨巨细胞瘤9例,尤文氏瘤6例,软骨瘤11例,骨瘤12例,进行了CD44v6和MTA1的免疫组织化学检测及统计学分析。结果 CD44v6和MTA1在骨肉瘤组织均为高表达,但两者表达无差异。在局部复发的骨肉瘤和肺转移病例中CD44v6和MTA1表达明显高于无复发和转移病例。CD44v6和MTA1阳性组生存时间明显低于阴性组。结论 CD44v6和MTA1均是骨肉瘤细胞侵袭和转移的指标,但两者表达无相关性,两者是骨肉瘤侵袭和转移的独立性因素。CD44v6和MTA1检测有助于推测骨肉瘤侵袭、转移和预后的情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 and MTA1 in human osteosarcoma.Methods Sixty-six cases of osteosarcoma,9 giant cell tumor of bone,6 Ewing’s tumor,11cartilaginous tumor and 12 osseous tumor were recruited.CD44v6 and MTA1 were detected in all tissues with immunohistochemical methods.All data were analyzed with statistical analysis.Results There were intense expression of CD44v6 and MTA1 in osteosarcoma,but there was no significant difference between CD44v6 and MTA1.In local recurrence and pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma,the expression of CD44v6 and MTA1 were significantly higher than the negative cases.The survival time of CD44v6 and MTA1 positive group was remarkably lower than negative groups.Conclusion CD44v6 and MTA1 have no relationship with the invasive ability of osteosarcoma,but both are the independence factor of invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma.The detection of CD44v6 and MTA1 can help to analyze the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of osteosarcoma.更多还原
