【摘要】 目的考察杜仲叶提取物滴丸的溶出度。方法以HPLC法测定样品中绿原酸的含量,研究了杜仲叶提取物滴丸的溶出条件,测定其溶出度,并与杜仲平压片进行比较。结果杜仲叶提取物滴丸、杜仲平压片的T50和Td分别为2.31、3.71、33.0、39.1 min。结论杜仲叶提取物滴丸的溶出度明显优于市售片剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the dissolution of Folium eucommiae dropping pills. METHODS The dissolution conditions of Folium eucommiae dropping pills was determine by HPLC and the dissolution rate was compared with Duzhong Pingya tablets.RESULTS The dissolution parameters T50 and Tdof Folium eucommiae dropping pills and Duzhong Pingya tablets were 2. 31,3. 71 min and 33. 0,39. 1 min.
