【摘要】 目的确定武当玉兰(砧木)+望春花(接穗)辛夷的鉴别特征。方法采用生药学常规方法,对武当玉兰+望春花辛夷进行原植物、药材性状、显微特征的对比观察;组织、粉末图用显微描绘镜绘制,并对部分显微特征进行了显微摄影。结果找出了武当玉兰+望春花辛夷在形态组织学方面的鉴别特征。结论可为辛夷的品种鉴别提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the main identification characteristics of grafting Magnoliae flos between Magnolia sprengeri Pamp.( rootstock) and Magnolia biondii Pamp.( scion). METHODS The conventional methods of pharmacognosy were used in the comparative study on the original plant,medicinal traits and microscopic characteristics of M. sprengeri Pamp. + M. biondii Pamp.. Organizational and pulverous figure by microscopic pictures were draw,and some characters under microscope were photographed. RESULTS Differential characteristics of M. sprengeri Pamp. + M. biondii Pamp. were found on morphology and histology. CONCLUSION The references for discrimination of varieties of Magnoliae flos is provided.更多还原
