乳通颗粒对产后缺乳大鼠的药效学研究

【摘要】 目的探讨乳通颗粒对产后缺乳模型大鼠的疗效。方法采用溴隐亭建立SD大鼠缺乳的模型;观察不同剂量的乳通颗粒对仔鼠的体重、母鼠的泌乳量和血清催乳素(PRL)的影响;观察乳腺组织的形态学。结果将乳通颗粒3个剂量组与模型组比较,高剂量乳通颗粒组血清中PRL的水平明显高于模型组(P<0.05);光镜下,乳通颗粒可使母鼠的乳腺腺泡数增多,腺导管扩张,垂体嗜酸细胞增多变大;乳通颗粒能增加母鼠的泌乳量。结论乳通颗粒能畅通产后缺乳模型大鼠的泌乳通道,增加泌乳量。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of Rutong granule( RTG) on rats in duceing puerperal hypogalactia. METHODS Puerperal hypogalactia model was prepared in SD rats with Bromocriptine application. The influence of various dosage of RTG on weight of baby rats,the amount of lactation and the level of prolactin( PRL) in serum were observed and the morphological observation of mammary tissue was carried out. RESULTS The serial PRL of group of RTG high-dose was significantly higher than that of the model group( P < 0. 05). RTG could increase the numbers of mammary gland acilar of lactating rats,dilate gland ducts,and enlarge and increase pituitary eosinophil. RTG could increase the milk volume of lactating rats. CONCLUSION RTG can promote secretion of lactation by means of facilitation of secretion channels.
