化学共沉淀法制备镱掺杂二氧化锡纳米粉体
Preparation of ytterbium-doped tin oxide nano-powder by chemical Co-precipitation method
【摘要】 采用化学共沉淀法,以Yb(NO3)3·6H2O和SnCl4·5H2O为原料,氨水为沉淀剂,在掺杂浓度为nSn∶nYb=9∶1的条件下,合成了分散均匀的镱掺杂二氧化锡纳米粉体。利用SEM、XRD、TG-DTA、IR等分析方法对粉体的形貌、物相、结构等进行了表征。实验结果表明,当前驱体在600℃下煅烧3h时,可以获得晶化良好、四方晶相的镱掺杂二氧化锡纳米粉体。
【Abstract】 Dispersed ytterbium-doped tin oxide nano-powder was prepared by chemical co-precipitation by using Yb(NO3)3·6H2O and SnCl4·5H2O as raw materials,NH3·H2O as precipitant,with the doped concentration of nSn∶nYb= 9 ∶1.The characteristic of the powder was investigated by SEM,XRD,TG-DTA and IR.When calcined at 600 ℃ for 3 h,the obtained ytterbium-doped tin oxide nano-powder is of tetragonal SnO2 structure.
