【摘要】 目的了解福建省传播阻断血吸虫病25年来的疫情动态,为巩固成果提供依据。方法对全省1987—2012年达到传播阻断标准以来的数据和现场调查结果进行分析。结果全省共9个县(市)发现过钉螺,其中福清、霞浦、长乐、龙海和漳浦5个县(市)持续有螺时间较长,其余4个县仅间歇发现钉螺;有螺面积:1987—1996年为124 592m2,2003—2012年为710 086m2。螺点分布环境以灌溉沟、山坑草埔、渠道和抛荒地为主。灭螺后2012年有螺面积已压缩至19 765m2。1987年以来血清学监测104 150人,其中从疫区来的流动人口9 980人,阳性率11.4%;粪便检出虫卵、毛蚴者40人,尿液检查出曼氏血吸虫卵1人,均为从疫区输入病例;检查阑尾11 438条,均未检出活卵;共粪检耕牛34 943头,未发现感染。结论福建省残存钉螺始终存在,外来传染源时有输入,血吸虫病仍存在死灰复燃危险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the epidemiological dynamics of schistosomiasis interrupted transmission for 25 years in Fujian for the disease control and prevention.Methods The data reaching the standard of schistosomiasis interrupted transmission in Fujian from 1987 to 2012and the results of epidemiology survey were analyzed.Results Oncomelania snails were found in 9counties,in which 5counties(Fuqing,Xiapu,Changle,Longhai and Zhangpu)lasted longer,and 4counties intermittently found.Oncomelania area was 124 592m2 in 1987-1996 and 710 086m2 in 2003-2012.Oncomelania distributed mainly in irrigation ditch,tiny hollow,channels and wasteland.After eliminating,the area compressed to 19 765m2 in 2012.Since 1987,104 150 people accepted serological examination,in which 9 980 floating people came from epidemic areas and positive rate was 11.4%.By fecal checking,40 people carrying the egg or miracidium were found,and one case with schistosoma mansoni by urine examination,they all came from the epidemic area.11 438 appendixes were examined and no living schistosome eggs found.And 34 943 cattles were not found any schistosomiasis infection.Conclusion Oncomelanias are still existing in Fujian,and the external infection sources still imported.The risk of schistosomiasis rekindling is still existing in.更多还原
