改性木质素胺的制备及其脱色性能研究
Synthesis and Decolorization Performance of Lignin Amine Flocculant
【摘要】 以造纸污泥中提取的木质素为原料,以二甲基环氧丙基胺(简称环氧胺单体)为单体,通过接枝共聚反应制备了脱色絮凝剂氯化二甲基环氧丙基木质素胺(DML),并用正交试验优化法确定了最佳合成工艺条件,采用红外光谱(FTIR)对产物结构进行了表征。实验结果表明:当w(木质素磺酸钠质量)∶w(单体质量)为1.5∶1.0,温度为60℃,接枝反应时间为2h时,所得产品DML对两种模拟染料废水的脱色率分别可达85.80%和92.11%,通过比较DML与木质素的絮凝效果以及对絮体微观形貌的表征,初步探讨了DML的絮凝机理。
【Abstract】 The new flocculation(DML)was prepared from lignin extracted from paper mill sludge and monomer made of dimethylamine and epoxy chloropropane by orthogonal method.DML was characterized by FTIR.The optimal synthesis conditions of DML were as follows:the mass ratio of sodium ligninsulfonate to the monomer 1.5∶1.0and reacting 2hat 60℃.The results of applying DML to two types of simulated dye wastewater show that the decolorizing rate can reach 85.80%and 92.11%,respectively.The microstructures of lignin floc and DML floc were characterized by SEM.DML exhibits favorable flocculation performance,and the flocculation mechanism is related to electric charge attraction and bridging absorption.
