【Abstract】 Starting from nerolidol,triethyl orthoacetate and geraniol,gefarnate was synthesized via claisen rearrangement,hydrolysis and followed by condensation. The desired syntrans ratio was achieved by rectification. Based on GC result,the proportion of Z/E was 29. 52/70. 48,and with a purity of99. 91%. The overall yield was 41. 4%.更多还原
