槟榔十三味丸中微量元素的初级形态分析

【摘要】 采用ICP-AES法对槟榔十三味丸中的微量元素锌、铁、锰、铜、镍和硒进行了初级形态分析。结果显示,原药中6种元素的含量顺序为Fe>Mn>Zn>Se>Ni>Cu。Se的总提取率最大(51.85%),其次是Mn(40.70%),Zn排第三(39.33%)。Cu的头煎残留率最高(83.92%),其次是Ni(82.41%)。颗粒吸附率最高的是Cu为19.08%。本实验为槟榔十三味中的微量元素含量与药效关系提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Analysis the primary speciation of betel nut pill of thirteen ingredients in trace elements of Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ni and Se were carried out by ICP-AES method. The results show that the order of the contents for the six elements in technical was Fe > Mn > Zn > Se > Ni > Cu. The total extraction rate of Se was 51. 85%,followed by Mn( 40. 70%) and Zn( 39. 33%). The highest head fried residual rate was Cu( 83. 92%),followed by Ni( 82. 41%). The highest particle adsorption rate was Cu( 19. 08%). This result provides meaningful reference basis between the content of trace elements and pesticide effect for thirteen kinds of betel nut.
