O-2′-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵甲壳素脱乙酰化及其产物的表征

【摘要】 以β-甲壳素作为季铵盐化改性原料,以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)作为改性剂,在β-甲壳素糖环C-6位羟基上定位接上季铵盐基团,得到中间产物O-2′-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵甲壳素(O-2′-HTACCt)。O-2′-HTACCt经均相脱乙酰化反应制备得到O-2′-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(O-2′-HTACCts)。以莫尔滴定法、元素分析、FTIR、1H NMR、热分析(TG、DSC)表征产物O-2′-HTACCts的结构,研究反应条件对O-2′-HTACCts脱乙酰度(DD)的影响。研究结果表明:在均相环境中,O-2′-HTACCt可进行温和的脱乙酰化反应生成O-2′-HTACCts,反应时间对产物DD的影响最大,其次是温度,碱浓度的影响最小。O-2′-HTACCts拥有很强的吸湿保湿性能,热分解温度在250℃以上。

【Abstract】 β-Chitin is used as raw material to prepare O-2′-hydroxpropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitin(O-2′-HTACCt), 3-chlorine-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is used as modifier. The C-6 hydroxyl ofβ-chitin sugar ring is connected the quaternary ammonium salt group to get the intermediate product of O-2′-HTACCt. O-2′-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(O-2′-HTACCts) is preparated from O-2′-HTACCt by homogeneous phase acetylation. Mohr titration, elemental analysis, FTIR,1H NMR and thermal analysis(TG、DSC)are used to analyze the structure of O-2′-HTACCts, the reaction conditions are studied to affect the deacetylation degree(DD) of O-2′-HTACCts. The research results show that in a homogeneous phase environment, O-2′-HTACCt can be taken off the acetylation to prepare O-2′-HTACCts by the mild reaction condition, theDDof product is the largest affected by the reaction time, the second is the temperature; the effect of alkali is the minimal. O-2′-HTACCts has the very strong the moisture absorption and the moisture retention, the thermal decomposition temperature of O-2′-HTACCts is above 250 ℃.
