从含油废液中回收利用四氯化碳的研究
Study on the recycling of oily carbon tetrachloride in waste liquor
【摘要】 采用旋转蒸发仪回收含油废液中的CCl4,该方法密闭易操作且CCl4回收率高。通过控制不同的实验条件,如转速、温度,真空压等,探讨CCl4废液回收利用较佳实验条件。实验表明,真空度0.080~0.085MPa、温度26~29℃和转速55~60r·min-1时,回收率可达到86.3%~94.7%除油率为96.34%~97.76%。
【Abstract】 The carbon tetrachloride in oil waste liquor was recycled by rotary evaporator which is airtight easy operation and high recovery rate. The best experimental condition such as speed, temperature and vacuum pressure were explored. The results showed that when the vacuum is 0.080~0.085 MPa, temperature range is from 26~29℃ and rotating was at 55~60r·min-1, the recovery rate is 86.3%~94.7%, and oil removal rate is 96.34%~97.76%.
