【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the mistranslations of the Chinese titles of scientific and technological papers into English and discusses the possible causes that lead to the mistranslations. On the basis of analysis and discussions,the paper provides principles and solutions to the problem of mistranslations in Chinese titles of scientific and technological papers.
