【Abstract】 Since the founding of new China,we have used five ways to conduct dictatorship on dissidents and today we must practice governance by law in terms of dictatorship and stress the establishment of the rule of law type dictatorship.The author of this paper explores problems concerning the subjects and objects of dictatorship,dictatorship conclusion,implementation procedures and dictatorship by legal judgment.The author holds that the primary value of dictatorship is to promote the harmonious development of society.更多还原
