【摘要】 通过对创业认知理论的回顾,提出影响大学生休学创业认知的因素模型,并就个体、高校和社会因素对创业认知的影响提出理论假设,采用实证研究讨论各因素对大学生休学创业认知的影响作用。研究表明,目前大学生休学创业认知影响因素按影响力大小依次为个体、社会和高校因素,其中高校和社会因素之间存在显著的相关性,但高校、社会因素均与个体因素缺乏显著相关。这表明现代高校的创业教育及政策、地方政府的创业扶持措施还有待合理的改进,以期真正为提高学生创业体质发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper establishes a factor model of entrepreneurial cognition of students who drop out of universities through reviewing entrepreneurial cognition theory,puts forward theoretical hypothesis based on the impact of individual,universities,and social factors on entrepreneurial cognition,and then discusses the impact with an empirical research.The result shows that individual,society,and universities have significant impact on entrepreneurial cognition and there is a significant correlation between the universities and social factors,but universities and society have no significant correlation to individual factors.This result shows that the entrepreneurial education and policies of modern universities and the business support policies of local government should be improved to adapt to the needs of the students.更多还原
