基于RGT的高校科技成果转化问题研究
Research on Problems of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation in Colleges and Universities Based on Repertory Grid Technique
【摘要】 高校科技成果转化是国家科技创新体系建设的一项重要内容。本文以高校科技成果转化的内涵与过程为切入点,采用在心理学领域应用广泛的凯利方格法,对影响我国高校科技成果转化的主要因素进行访谈研究,并通过主成分分析得出我国高校科技成果转化影响因素的概念模型,最后就研究结果提出了对策建议。
【Abstract】 Colleges and universities are an important part of the national innovation system.The transformation of economic development mode can be greatly boosted by promoting the efficiency of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation(STAT).This paper,starting with the connotations and processes of STAT,explores the main factors restricting the STAT in colleges and universities with Kelly Grid Technology,which is widely applied in the field of psychology,and establishes the conceptual model of obstacles of STAT with principal component analytic method.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions to facilitate the STAT in Chinese colleges and universities are raised.
