【Abstract】 One of the fundamental concepts used in space project management and systems engineering is the system lifecycle,which is divided into several development phases.Development phasing organizes the entire process with more manageable pieces and helps to achieve the whole objectives in a progressive way.It reflects the scientific law on the progressive deepening of understanding.Establishing functional baseline,allocated baseline and product baseline is common practice in space project management.更多还原
