【摘要】 民居式酒店在国外已发展得比较成熟,越来越受欢迎,而在国内还处于起步阶段,规模较小,具有很大的发展空间。泉州是中国首批的24个历史文化名城之一,东亚文化之都,中国旅游城市,拥有丰富的闽南侨乡民居资源。本文探讨了民居式酒店旅游开发的特征与旅游开发原则,在对独具闽南文化特征的泉州闽南民居旅游开发条件进行评价的基础上,提出泉州闽南民居式酒店旅游开发的思路。为充分利用闽南侨乡民居资源,使旅游者亲身体验闽南文化,完善泉州旅游接待设施提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Residential-style hotels have developed in a more mature form and quite sought after abroad, while they are still in their infancy in China with much smaller scale and bigger development potential. As one of China’s first 24 historical and cultural cities, the cultural capital of East Asia and tourist city in China, Quanzhou has rich resources of Fujian local-style dwelling houses. This paper probes into the characteristics of residential-style hotel tourism development and tourism development principle. On the basis of evaluation of tourism development, it puts forward ways for the tourism development of Quanzhou’s residential-style hotel. with a view to provide a scientific basis for making full use of overseas Chinese local-style dwelling house resources of southern Fujian, the tourists experiencing culture of southern Fujian, and perfecting Quanzhou’s tourism facilities.更多还原
