【摘要】 目的了解护理干预对强直性脊柱炎患者生活质量的影响。方法自行设计调查问卷,对在医院门诊就诊的160名强直性脊柱炎患者进行护理干预,比较干预前和干预6个月之后强直性脊柱炎患者的生活质量,从而研究护理干预对患者生活质量的影响。结果护理干预对强直性脊柱炎患者生活质量的影响效果明显,比较干预前后患者生活质量的变化具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对强直性脊柱炎患者进行有效护理干预,有利于提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods 160 outpatients with AS were performed with nursing intervention. The life quality of patients was compared before and after nursing intervention for 6 months, and the effect of nursing intervention on the life quality was analyzed. Results The nursing intervention had great effect on the life quality of paitens with AS. The differences of life quality before and after nursing intervention had statistical significances(p<0.05). Conclusion The effective nursing intervention can improve the life quality of patients with AS.更多还原
