【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,互联网普及率的提高,在过去以现实生活为主的群体渐渐成为一个新型社会群体——网络群体。基于社会矛盾的凸显以及贫富差距的不断扩大,在网络上形成了群体性事件。文章从网络群体性事件的定义、形成条件以及网络群体性事件的治理方法为主导,从社会视角、信息技术视角以及法律视角来阐述网络群体事件的规制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy,and the improvement of internet popularity rate,a new social group appears in our eyesight—network group. Owing to social contradictions and the growing gap between the rich and the poor,network group events appear on Internet. This article describes the definition,formation conditions,and methods of network group events’ treatment. Explain the regulation of network group events from the social perspective,perspective of information technology,and legal perspective.更多还原
