CNTF基因A/G多态性与我国优秀单板U型场地运动员运动能力的相关性分析
Study on the Relativity between CNTF Gene A/G Polymorphism of Chinese Half-pipe Snowboarding Athletes and Exercise Capacity
【摘要】 为探求CNTF(睫状神经营养因子)基因的A/G多态位点与我国优秀单板U型场地运动员运动能力(尤其是力量素质)的相关性。文章选择20名优秀单板U型场地运动员和115名普通无专业训练的大学生作为研究对象,采用PCR-RFLP实验法测试CNTF基因的A/G多态位点,并用基因平衡定律测试结果,用基因平衡定律(H-W)检验,组间基因型与等位基因分布采用卡方检验方法。结果显示:对照组等位基因频率为A=18.7%,G=81.3%,基因型频率为A/A=6.1%,A/G=25.2%,G/G=68.7%;实验组等位基因频率为A=17.5%,G=82.5%,基因型频为A/A=10%,A/G=15%,G/G=75%。说明CNTF三种基因型分布频率的趋势为GG型>AG型>AA型,等位基因无差异(P>0.05)。提示CNTF基因A/多态性不能作为中国技能主导类优秀滑雪运动员选材的指标之一,但GG基因型所占比例大。
【Abstract】 In order to seek the relativity between CNTF(Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor) gene and our country outstanding athlete veneer U-shaped ground movement(Especially the power quality). This research mainly uses the method of PCR-RFLP,which selects 20 outstanding athlete veneer U-shaped venue as experimental group and 115 ordinary undergraduates as control group. The test results will use Hardy-Weinberg H-W to ensure the demographic representation of testing groups and use Chi-Square test to ensure allele and genotype distribution. Results:This research shows that allele frequency is A = 18. 7%,G = 81.3% and genotype frequency is A/A = 6. 1%,A/G = 25. 2%,G/G = 68. 7% for control group and that allele frequency is A = 17. 5%,G = 82. 5% and genotype frequency is A/A= 10%,A/G = 15%,G/G = 75% for experimental group. Conclusion:The result presents that three CNTF genotype frequency trend is GG > AG > AA,and significant difference in allele is found between the two groups(P < 0. 05). We suggest taking CNTF gene could not allele as one of the important indicators for talent identification of Chinese skill-dominatedskiing athletes,but GG genotype the proportion of big.
