【Abstract】 Obama visited Japan to push forward theU.S. rebalancing strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. Obama supported Japan to amend its constitution and lift the ban on the right of collective self-defense, which has met the intention of the U.S. to control East Asia in the politics, military and security by enlisting Japan’ s forces. But agreement on the TPP, an important part of the rebalancing strategy, was not reached,which may be cited as a diplomatic failure of Obama’ s visit to Japan. With the help of the U.S. rebalancing strategy, Japan has revived its national militarism and gained support from the U.S.to clear the way politically and legally to become a normal state.The strengthened US-Japan alliance compels China to respond forcefully and consider new strategic configurations.更多还原
