正交试验优选山银花的微波灭菌工艺研究
Study on Optimum Microwave Sterilization Process of Lonicera confuse by Orthogonal Test
【摘要】 目的采用正交试验优选山银花的微波灭菌工艺。方法以灭菌率及绿原酸的含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验对灭菌时间、灭菌功率、药材铺层厚度进行考察,并考察最佳微波灭菌工艺对绿原酸、灰毡毛忍冬皂苷含量的影响。结果筛选出最佳微波灭菌工艺参数:灭菌时间9 min、灭菌功率8 k W、药材铺层厚度3 cm。其绿原酸、灰毡毛忍冬皂苷含量略有下降。结论优选的微波灭菌工艺灭菌效果好,有效成分损失少,操作简便,适合大生产。
【Abstract】 Objective To optimiz the parameters of microwave sterilization process for lonicera confuse by orthogonal test. Methods Disinfection rate and the content of chlorogenic acid were taken as indexes to choose the better process parameters. The sterilizing time, power and layer thickness of herbs were investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test. Meanwhile, we investigated their effects on the contents of chlorogenic acid and macranthoidin. Results The optimal combination of process parameters were 9 min sterilizing time, 8 k W microwave power and 3 cm layer thickness.Conclusion The optimal combination of process would be applied to large-scale production with the advantages of good sterilization effect, less loss of active ingredients, and the convenient operation.
