中药丹参不育系的植物学特征研究

【摘要】 目的对湖南产丹参中新发现的不育株系Hn-D型的植物学特征进行研究。方法对丹参正常株系与不育系的植物学特征、花的结构及显微特征进行形态学比较研究。结果根据花冠颜色及花药的形态、大小以及花丝的长度,可将其分为2个类型,即Hn-D1和Hn-D2,这2种不育类型均属于雄性不育;花药开裂,但无花粉粒散出,自交座果率为零,而杂交座果率为100%。其中Hn-D1的花冠为粉红色,为首次新发现的丹参不育系。结论初步研究表明Hn-D不育系为雄性不育系,可作为丹参的优良育种材料。

【Abstract】 Objective Observation is performed to study the newly discovered male sterile plants from Danshen Produced in Hunan. Methods Botanical characteristics, structure of flowers and microscopic characteristics from a male sterile and fertile line of Salvia miltiorrhiza were investigated. Results According to the corollaceous colors, morphologies and sizes of their anthers,and their filament lengths, the male sterility plants of Hn-D could be divided into two sterility types:Hn-D1 and Hn-D2. Both sterility types were male sterility ones. But Hn-D had diverged anther with no microspore, its self-pollination rate was zero and cross-pollination rate was 100%. Hn-D1 with pinkish corolla is a newly discovered sterility type. Conclusion The preliminary study showed that Hn-D was a male sterility germplasm and can be used as good breeding material.
