【摘要】 目的:观察美登木复方治疗原发性肝癌临床疗效。方法:42例原发性肝癌患者给予美登木中药复方加减治疗3个疗程,观察治疗后患者KPS评分、疼痛缓解程度、肿瘤相关症状改善程度及肝功能指标变化情况。结果:美登木复方治疗后患者KPS评分、疼痛强度、临床症状和实验室检查方面均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美登木复方在延长肝癌患者生命、提高生存质量方面有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Maytenus compound in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods: 42 cases of patients with primary liver cancer were treated with Maytenus traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of 3courses,after treatment,and observed KPSP score,the degree of pain relief,tumor related symptoms and liver function indexes. Results:After treatment,KPS score,pain intensity,clinical symptoms and laboratory examination were significantly improved,compared with those before treatment,there was statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05).
