【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的社区获得性肺炎患者50例,依据就诊先后顺序用随机数字表法(1∶1)分为两组各25例。对照组给予常规抗菌药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用麻杏石甘汤加减,每日1剂,由本院制剂室制成袋装药液,每天2次,每次1袋,早晚饭后温服。两组疗程均为10 d。结果:治疗组有效率88%,对照组有效率76%,两组比较有显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Methods: The inclusion criteria for patients with community acquired pneumonia in 50 cases,according to the sequence of treatment by the method of random number table(1∶1) were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each. The control group was given routine antibiotic treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Maxingshigan decoction,1 dose daily,bagged liquid made by the hospital preparation room,2 times a day,every time 1 bag,morning and evening meal warm clothes.The two groups were treated for 10 d.
