【摘要】 目的:观察中药对恶性肿瘤GP方案化疗后血小板减少患者相关指标的影响。方法:将101例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规方法,治疗组采用西医常规方法加服中药。观察两组血小板计数升至正常的天数,比较10 d内血小板升至正常患者占所有患者的比例。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者血小板计数恢复时间加快,血小板减少持续时间缩短,无不良反应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GP方案配合中药治疗恶性肿瘤可减轻出血症状,加快血小板恢复,减少血小板输注,对临床有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of related parameters of patients with thrombocytopenia of postchemotherapy malignant tumor by using traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 101 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine routine method and the treatment group was given the conventional method plus Chinese traditional medicine. Results: Compared with control group,the recovery time of platelet count was step-up. Thrombocytopenia duration was shortened with no adverse reaction. Conclusion: GP scheme with Chinese medicine can reduce bleeding symptoms,accelerate the platelet recovery and reduce platelet transfusion with certain significance to clinic.更多还原
